Career Transition.
Maybe you’re coming back to work after time out. Or you’re disillusioned and you wonder if it’s time to setup your own business. Maybe you’re a leader facing a ceiling, and the “next step” that was so obvious at 30 is not obvious at all.

Best for
Leaders who are seeking a transformational change in their careers.
What it actually is.
Clarity comes from action, not thinking. I’ve watched many career transitions, and the people who stall are the ones waiting for a moment of clarity. But that only arrives if they actually make it happen.
I don’t think career coaching is about a personality test or a five-year plan you’ll never read again. It’s about making a decision in the middle of a genuine, human uncertainty. We talk about what you’re afraid of losing and what you actually want from the next chapter, and then we set the small actions that turn a wish into a direction.
How the sessions run.
We start with the strengths. Most transition advice is about the gap, what you
lack, what you need to fix. I work the other way round, because the transition
from finance to running my own coaching practice taught me that the future is
built from the strengths you already carry, not the ones you have to grow
from scratch.
Coaching is not advice with a nicer name. It is a structured, confidential space to think properly about the challenges you cannot think properly about – with someone who will ask the question you’re not considering.
The work
What we will actually work on.
- Learn what's holding you back or making you unsure
- Understand the reasons behind your intention
- Making decisions with incomplete information
- Identify the risks and develop mitigating strategies
- Protecting your attention and your energy
- Leading in a way you can guide your next steps
The process
Three steps to get going.
01
A free discovery call.
Thirty minutes. You describe what is going on; I tell you honestly whether coaching helps and whether I am the right person.
02
Strengths and goals.
A longer first session to map how you operate and agree what success looks like in three, six or twelve months.
03
The work itself.
Regular sessions, written actions, honest feedback, and a review at the halfway point to check we are still pointed at the right thing.
Outcomes
What tends to change.
You decide faster.
Risks turn into opportunities, opening new options.
Your vision becomes clearer
A plan becomes a series of small steps forward. Always forward.
You understand yourself.
Knowing your value and creating a new identity.
Worth a conversation?
Start with a free conversation. Tell me where you’re starting from and where you’re hesitating. I’ll tell you honestly whether coaching is the right tool, or whether you just need a pause to stop and think.
