Do you provide support between sessions?
Yes, depending on type of package, I am available by email or Telegram messaging.
What if I need to reschedule?
Move any session by logging on to the website and checking availability. Life happens; the work carries on.
How does payment work?
Payment for the month is made in advance, through a secure payment gateway on the website.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. I can invoice companies directly and can also provide a program proposal for approval. However, please note that I am below the VAT threshold, which means that I cannot provide an invoice with VAT.
What information do I have to disclose?
It’s up to you to decide what’s important to include in our discussions. In any case, our sessions are completely confidential, even if they’re paid for by your employer.
What if it is not working?
Feedback of sessions is very important. Tell me at any point and we will change the approach, or stop. You only pay for the sessions you have taken.
Can we meet in person?
Most sessions are run by video. In-person sessions may possible depending on where you are – ask on the call.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within the same week of the discovery call, sometimes sooner if the timing is pressing.
